CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS

INSULATION PANELS
WHAT ARE THEY?
An insulation panel consists of an insulating core made of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR), covered with steel plates. Furthermore, this construction system guarantees superior thermal insulation properties compared to conventional materials.
The manufacturing process involves injecting foam in a controlled manner between two surfaces, creating a monolithic structure. The final product thus offers an excellent weight-to-strength ratio.
BENEFITS:
Superior energy efficiency.
The insulation panels offer a thermal conductivity between 0.018 and 0.025 W/mK. This significantly reduces energy consumption. They also contribute to environmental certifications such as LEED and BREEAM.
85% of our customers report a significant reduction in their energy consumption, averaging 30%.
Strength and durability.
These materials effectively resist moisture, compression, and temperature fluctuations.
At the same time, their properties remain unchanged for decades.
FEATURES:
Polyurethane has exceptionally low thermal conductivity. It is also classified as R1 flame retardant according to ABNT NBR 15758.
This provides increased safety.
ICF - INSULATED CONCRETE FORMS

WHAT IS IT:
A building system in which expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels are assembled and the interior space is filled with reinforced concrete, forming an nsulated load-bearing wall.
BENEFITS:
Provides high thermal and acoustic insulation, increased structural strength, increased energy efficiency, and enhanced comfort.
FEATURES:
The walls are moldable, adaptable to different shapes, and resistant to moisture, mold, and fire.
